Maya Group has extensive experience performing research for information technology and electronics companies. We understand the basic technical landscape. We speak the language — both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. The following projects are representative of the research we have done in this area.
Example 1. Our researchers interviewed C-level executives to understand what constitutes an optimal brand experience in business-to-business solutions. This research identified a number of primary themes and attributes which were subsequently explored for meaning, importance and impact.
Example 2. Maya Group worked with a software company to develop a Web-based tool for managing household activities. We assessed the impact of sponsored advertising on the consumer’s experience with the tool. We conducted research to evaluate prototypes of hardware devices to run the tool.
Example 3. A mobile phone manufacturer engaged Maya Group to assess business audience reactions to proposed positioning and messaging for a new smartphone. Adoption drivers, ideal feature sets and brand perceptions were also explored.
Example 4. Maya Group worked with a consumer electronics company to help inform the Web and e-commerce strategy teams in preparation for a Web site redesign and the possible launch of an e-commerce site.
